Hilary Duff Gives Free Concert

Hilary Duff gave a free concert at Crown Coliseum in Fayettville, North Carolina — home of Fort Bragg — for military families called “Hilary Duff Rocks for the Troops.” While Hilary has made a block of tickets available for military families in the past, this was the first time she decided to perform exclusively for them. Duff snapped pictures and shook hands with some of the families before the show, but surely she could not accommodate the 7,000 people in attendance at the concert. “I think she understands, or at least wants to try to understand, the sacrifices soldiers and their families make,” said Cynthia Ivins, who enjoyed the concert with her two children.
