Angelina Jolie is asking friends to spy on Brad Pitt.

The ‘Tomb Raider’ actress is said to be very clingy after the birth of the couple’s daughter Shiloh two months ago, and has been keeping a track of Brad’s while he is filming ‘Ocean’s Thirteen’ in Los Angeles.

A source revealed: “Angie is suffering a little from the baby blues but she’s been extra stressed since Brad left, asking friends to report back on his every move and sometimes calling him up to 10 times a day.”

The raven-haired beauty – who is currently living in the couple’s Malibu mansion with Shiloh and their two adopted children, Maddox, four, and Zahara, 17 months – is reportedly making Brad feel “smothered”.

The source Britain’s Grazia magazine: “Brad has had to tell her, ‘Stop smothering me!’.

“He says she needs to relax and stop treating him like a kid, but Angelina has been telling friends she’s unhappy because they talked about not working for a year after Shiloh was born.”

Stories about Brad’s wild partying with co-stars and old pals, Matt Damon and George Clooney, have only increased Angelina’s worries.

The source said: “Angie knows George is a party hound who is surrounded by women 24/7. It isn’t an ideal scenario for a guy with a family.”

Lindsay insists that she hasn’t seen the infamous Brandon Davis “firecrotch” tirade video featuring Paris and lashes out against the hotel heiress saying, “Obviously, she’s very comfortable making videos, ” an evident reference to a certain homemade X-rated Hilton film that made the rounds a few years back. Maybe you’ve heard of it?La Lohan’s late-night antics have also come under much scrutiny ever since the CEO of the production company of her latest film, “Georgia Rule,” issued a letter lambasting her on-set absences due to what he said was her “heavy partying.”

But Lindsay insists, “I can handle later hours! And I have a rule: I have to be home before the sun comes up or I start panicking. Unless it’s, like, your birthday or whatever.” Looks like “whatever” to Lohan means weekdays.

As far as what the future holds, the “Mean Girls” star says she wants to emulate Marilyn Monroe and go to Iraq (with Hillary Clinton!) to shock and awe the troops.

Lohan admires Monroe because she’s “this beautiful sex kitten, who’s basically a pinup, which is what I’ve always wanted to be.” To that we say: Mission accomplished!

Tom Cruise’s Suri promise

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have promised to release photographs of daughter Suri.

The new parents – who have been inundated with requests to see the baby – have hit back at claims they are reluctant to show their daughter off and insist they are planning to release photographs of Suri soon.

Cruise’s spokesman Arnold Robinson told The Scoop: “Cruise hasn’t been reluctant at all. He and Katie will be making a decision about when to release the photographs of Suri shortly.”

Only the couple’s closest family members and a handful of celebrities have been introduced to Suri.

‘Matrix’ actress Jada Pinkett Smith – who is a member of the Church of Scientology like Tom – recently revealed she has visited “gorgeous” Suri twice and says she takes after her Hollywood star dad.

‘Kings of Queens’ actress Leah Remini – another Scientologist – also said she had seen the “beautiful” tot and described Tom and his fiancee Katie as “great parents”.

Rumours are now rife that Pamela Anderson is pregnant with her third child after chatting on a US radio show.

The ex-Baywatch star married the musician Kid Rock in St Tropez, last month and officially became Mrs Robert Richie last week.

According to the latest tabliods, the 39 year old actress apparently telephoned American Idol’s Ryan Seacrest’s programme to divulge:”I’ve never been happpier.”

However, when questioned if the newly-weds were thinking about adding another child to the family unit, the buxom blonde said:”There might be one in there now.”

Pammy already has two sons, Brendan and Dylan, from her first marriage to Tommy Lee which ended in 1998.

Confirmed: Dave & Jenna Are a Couple!

Dave Navarro has had a tough year. First, he received a lot of flack about his “experimentation” with men that allowed him to satisfy any inner questioning of his sexuality and then, of course, he most recently split with wife Carmen Electra. But, Dave may be in position to share some good news…

As Star first reported, TMZ has confirmed with legendary adult film star Jenna Jameson’s publicist that she has split from her husband and is, in fact, dating Dave. This actually makes sense given the pairing of rock stars and porn stars. Tommy Lee was reported to be dating “Vivid Girl” Stefani Morgan, and of course, Tommy also turned Pammy Anderson into an amateur porn star! Then you also have Evan Seinfeld of Biohazard and VH1’s “Supergroup” fame who is married to adult star Tera Patrick and Korn’s Jonathan Davis’ wife is recently retired from the biz.

I must say this is a nice score for Dave. It would be tough for Dave to find anyone to replace firecracker Carmen, but from what I’ve seen, ahem, I mean “heard” Jenna is up to the task.

Laguna Beach Stars L.C. & Jason Split

Laguna Beach stars Lauren “L.C.” Conrad and Jason Wahler have split up, PEOPLE has confirmed.

“Its true. Lauren broke up with him last week,” Conrad’s rep, Nicole Perez, tells PEOPLE.

Being single isn’t slowing Conrad down a bit: The 20-year-old, who now appears on The Hills, took a trip to Las Vegas last weekend with her girlfriends, including Hills pal Heidi Montag.

Meanwhile, Wahler, 19, partied in Los Angeles over the weekend at Les Deux with Laguna pal Stephen Colletti. Wahler, wearing Adidas track pants and a t-shirt, got wild on the dance floor, according to a source.

“He was all over the place,” says an onlooker, “Every time I saw him, he was talking to a different girl.”

Wahler’s partying ways contributed to the couple’s breakup, a source tells PEOPLE.

This is not the first time they’ve split. The pair broke up last August, then reunited. “We’re pretty serious now,” Conrad told PEOPLE in May.

As for the future, Conrad plans to return to L.A.’s Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in the fall, and will film a second season of The Hills

On the heels of Nick and Jessica’s and Dave and Carmen’s split, another MTV reality show couple has called it quits.

According to PEOPLE magazine, blink-182’s Travis Barker has filed for divorce from his “Meet the Barkers” co-star and wife, Shanna Moakler.

The couple were married in 2004 and have two children: son Landon, 2, and daughter Alabama, 7 months. Moakler, a former Miss USA, also has a 7-year-old daughter, Atiana, from her previous relationship with Oscar de la Hoya.

Moakler released a statement saying “My only concern right now is for the welfare and best interests of my children.”

Monday, TMZ reported that Moakler has been added to the latest cast of ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars.”

Michael Jackson says conspirators out to ruin him

Michael Jackson has stumbled across a conspiracy by former attorneys, associates and advisers to force him into financial ruin, his spokeswoman said on Monday.

The plot was discovered after someone leaked documents to Jackson showing that unnamed former lawyers for the 47-year-old singer tried to recruit others into a petition that would drag him unwillingly into bankruptcy court, his spokeswoman and manager Raymone Bain said.

“In what could be one of the biggest conspiracies in entertainment history, documents have been sent to Michael Jackson and his representatives which reveal a deliberate plan by some former attorneys as well as associates and advisers to force Mr. Jackson into involuntary bankruptcy,” Bain said.

During his four-month trial on child molestation charges last year, prosecutors asserted that the self-styled “King of Pop” was in perilous financial shape due to mounting debt.

Bain declined to name the conspirators, saying that Jackson had ordered his current legal team to investigate the scheme and file lawsuits in multiple jurisdictions.

“In addition, there is a strong possibility that these documents will be forwarded to the U.S. Attorney General for review and possible involvement,” Bain said.

Bain also declined to say who provided the documents to Jackson, who she said was busy shopping for a home in Europe and recording material for his first studio album of new material since 2001.

Jackson, who has made few public appearances since his acquittal on child molestation charges in 2005, announced in June that he had severed ties with his longtime business managers as part of a “sweeping restructuring” of his affairs.

In March, state authorities ordered Jackson to close his Neverland Valley Ranch in the California foothills for failing to pay the staff or maintain proper insurance. In April, Jackson reached a deal to finance more than $200 million in loans secured by his stake in the Beatles song catalog.

Bain said it was not yet clear why Jackson’s former attorneys and associates would want to force bankruptcy on the onetime child star, who ruled the pop charts during the 1980s with such albums as “Off the Wall” and “Thriller.”

“That’s what we’d like to find out,” Bain said. “But Michael Jackson was neither shocked nor surprised. He’s always been suspicious that some of those whom he entrusted to act on his behalf … may not have acted in his best interests.”

MTV, Nick Cannon collaborate on production deal

 Nick Cannon, who lends his voice to “Monster House,” has signed a deal to develop, produce and appear in projects at MTV.

Under the first-look production deal with the lifestyle programming channel, Cannon said he is developing a sketch comedy and music reality series in addition to his sketch comedy/improv series “Nick Cannon Presents Wild ‘N Out,” which returns for a third season Thursday.

“It’s kind of cool for MTV to trust me with a discretionary fund to go out and buy projects,” Cannon said. “For them to actually see me as someone who can create and put product on the network is really great.”

MTV announced a similar deal with Sean “Diddy” Combs and his Bad Boy Entertainment in March 2005. Like Cannon’s pact, that first-look production agreement called for Combs to serve as executive producer for TV projects.

In addition to his TV deal, Cannon also signed a producing pact with MTV Films through which the Paramount-based label has committed to purchase scripts and pitches with Cannon attached as a producer.

“The film component of the deal gives me an opportunity to write and produce films (as possible starring vehicles),” said Cannon, who has penned several screenplays including “Extra Protection,” which sold to Universal Pictures for six figures last year with  

Will Smith’s Overbrook Entertainment producing.”Now I have a home to get my views out. It gives me a chance to be a part of projects they already have but also bring my own ideas to the table.”

On the TV front, Cannon said he is looking to develop talent-driven content, particularly music- and comedy-themed.

“I know they are looking to do a lot more things with comedy, and I think I can help bring that across,” said Cannon, who executive produced “The Underclassman” for Miramax films as well as “Wild ‘N Out.”

Cannon, who starred in 2002’s box office hit “Drumline,” next appears in the indie crime drama “Weapons” and Emilio Estevez‘ RFK biopic “Bobby.”

Clay Sued by Unauthorized Biographer

Clay Aiken is finding that fame comes with a thousand different downsides.

The American Idol runner-up has been sued by the author of an “unauthorized tribute” titled Out of the Blue–”Clay” It Forward, who accuses him of defaming her and conspiring to hurt her book sales.

According to her court documents, Jeannie Holleman was a neighbor and lifelong friend of the McGhee family–Raleigh, North Carolina, residents who took in Aiken and his mother, Faye Parker, after Parker left her abusive husband, bringing her young son with her.

The book combines stories from the McGhee family about their experiences with Aiken, her own recollections of the Measure of a Man singer and tales from his fans. A description of the tome on authorhouse.com calls it “a long love letter to a sweet hometown boy.”

At a whopping 564 pages, it’s a long letter indeed, but it seems Holleman’s feelings of love for Aiken have since faded.

In her lawsuit, filed Friday in Wake County Superior Court, Holleman claims Aiken and his mother defamed her and depressed her book sales by denying that they were acquainted with her, branding her stories as lies and bashing her work on fan Websites.

She also claims that she was manhandled by one of Aiken’s bodyguards at a fundraiser in Hawaii.

Holleman is seeking at least $260,000 in damages and wants the court to force Aiken to retract critical comments he made about the book or to endorse it on his official Website. In addition, she wants the singer to write a positive introduction to the book and sell it at his concerts for the next five years.

Aiken responded Monday, stating through his record label that he had “instructed my attorneys to not only vigorously dispute the claims that have been made but to also pursue all possible remedies against those involved in the perpetration of these untruths.”

The 27-year-old singer added that he was speaking up on behalf of those close to him.

“As a so-called ‘celebrity’ I have become used to scurrilous allegations and untruths being made about me and my work,” he said. “I have always taken the path of not reacting to these matters and have accepted them as, somehow, coming with the ‘job.’ However, I cannot, and will not, stand by when these attacks are made on my family.”

In brighter news from Claynation, Aiken’s third album, A Thousand Different Ways, is due for release Sept. 19–one week before his Idol competitor Ruben Studdard releases his third album, The Return.

Potter No. 6 claims Thanksgiving ‘08

Hary Potter and the Half-Blood Prince,” the sixth installment of the lucrative franchise, will come out in theaters on November 21, 2008.

Now, Warner Bros. just needs to hire a director and confirm the cast. The fifth installment, “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix,” bows in July.

The “Prince” date will mark a return to the Thanksgiving period for the sorcerer series. Of the four “Potter” films to date, only the third installment, “Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban,” has been released during the summer.

Paramount Pictures also has just planted a flag in November 2008, declaring November 7 for DreamWorks Animation’s “Madagascar” sequel. Ben Stiller, Chris Rock, Jada Pinkett-Smith and David Schwimmer are set to reprise their roles as the main characters of the animated franchise.

Warners also announced films for holiday weekends next year. The studio has set the Mandy Moore romantic comedy “License to Wed” on the July 4 holiday weekend in an early counterprogramming move against the Paramount/DreamWorks production “The Transformers,” from director Michael Bay. Warners also has declared November 21, 2007, for the Will Smith sci-fi vehicle “I Am Legend.”

 Janet Jackson has never been afraid to expose some skin. The 40-year-old singer, newly svelte after losing some 60 pounds, appears on the cover of Vibe magazine wearing a skimpy bikini bottom and a necklace made of large shells. Her right arm covers her breasts.

Will she ever stop posing for sexy photos? “Of course. When I’m 80,” she tells Vibe. “That’s when I’ll call it quits.”

Two years ago, Justin Timberlake pulled off a part of Jackson’s bustier, briefly exposing one of her breasts, during the Super Bowl halftime show.

In an interview in the magazine’s September issue, on newsstands Aug. 15, Jackson says the incident — variously referred to as “Nipplegate” and the “bra-ha-ha” — is history.

“It’s just over and done with. It’s old. It’s the past. It’s history. I’m onto something new. Everybody got their licks in — those who wanted to — and it’s done,” she says.

Jackson credits her boyfriend, 33-year-old music producer Jermaine Dupri, for giving her self-esteem “a little boost.”

“I came to realize that younger men had less of a problem with who I am than older men,” she says. “With the younger guys, there was less ego. Things were less competitive. They weren’t threatened by who made more and who made less.”

She says that with Dupri, she feels as if she’s met her match.

“When I look at Jermaine, I see myself,” Jackson says. “I feel as if I’m looking in the mirror. The connection I feel with him I have never felt with anybody else.”

Her new album, “20 Y.O.,” is slated for release Sept. 26. Dupri produced a few tracks, and longtime collaborators Jimmy “Jam” Harris and Terry Lewis pitched in on the disc as well.

The pop star recently said she had packed on extra weight for a role in the upcoming movie “Tennessee,” which she ultimately had to pass on because of her new record.

When asked if she’d rather have a hit album or win an Oscar, she says: “Win an Oscar. It’s just a passion. But can’t I have both? Everybody in my family says I’m spoiled anyway. I want both…”

“Rock Star: Supernova” host BROOKE BURKE is expecting a baby with former “Baywatch” star DAVID CHARVET, according to US Weekly. This will be the couple’s first child together.

The 34-year-old brunette beauty, who formerly hosted E’s “Wild On” show, has 2 children from her marriage to plastic surgeon Dr. GARTH FISHER — the couple separated last year.

Charvet, also 34, played lifeguard Matt Brody on “Baywatch,” and has also starred on “Melrose Place.”

Daniel Baldwin grabs horror role in “Sopranos”

Daniel Baldwin has been hired for a potential recurring role in the final episodes of HBO’s Emmy-winning mob drama “The  Sopranos.”

Baldwin will play the star of the horror movie that aspiring filmmaker Christopher (Michael Imperioli) has been working on.

Described by Christopher as “‘Saw’ meets ‘Godfather 2,”‘ the project centers on “a wiseguy with a big mouth and bigger dreams,” as Christopher introduced it to potential investors in an episode this year.

In the same episode, Christopher’s posse kidnapped screenwriter JT, a recovering addict and degenerate gambler. At a back-seat meeting with Christopher, JT gets an offer he can’t refuse — to write the script based on Christopher’s idea in exchange of the settlement of his gambling debts.

Four episodes later, Christopher went to Los Angeles to meet with Ben Kingsley for the lead. Kingsley passed on the script.

The role now will go to Baldwin.

Filming is under way on the final eight episodes of “Sopranos,” which are slated to air early next year.

“Homicide” alumnus Baldwin’s recent credits include the Showtime film “Our Fathers” and the feature “Searching for Mickey Fish.”

Skating’s Kristy Swanson, Lloyd Eisler Expecting

Skating with Celebrities winners Kristy Swanson and Lloyd Eisler are expecting their first child together on Valentine’s Day, PEOPLE has confirmed.

Swanson, 36, an actress best known for her starring role in the 1992 movie Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and Eisler, 43, a former Olympic figure skater, met last year while filming the FOX reality competition.

The couple had denied earlier rumors that Swanson was pregnant. But in a statement provided to PEOPLE by publicist Cheryl Kagan, Swanson says: “We wanted to wait until I completed the first trimester to officially announce our pregnancy. Lloyd and I are thrilled and wanted to share the wonderful news.”

The two, who live in Los Angeles, began dating in December, according to Kagan.

In fact, their romance created a scandal in the skating community. At the time, Eisler was married and his wife, Marcia O’Brien, was pregnant with their second child.

The Eislers officially separated on Nov. 30, O’Brien told PEOPLE in February. Two weeks later O’Brien gave birth to son Seth, now 8 months (big brother Ethan is 2).

Spelling Feud Holds Up Tori’s Tribute to Dad

A special tribute to the late TV producer Aaron Spelling to be hosted by daughter Tori will not air on ABC this fall as planned – after Spelling’s widow and Tori’s mother, Candy Spelling, blocked the project, a source confirms to PEOPLE.

Spelling, the legendarily prolific creator of such shows as Love Boat, Charlie’s Angels, Dynasty and Beverly Hills, 90210, died June 23 after a lengthy illness. He was 83. His wife and daughter have maintained a highly strained relationship over the past few years, aspects of which have been coming to light in the days after the patriarch’s death.

Tori was to have served both as host and executive producer of the ABC tribute, according to the source, who said: “All of his (Aaron’s) stars had signed on and some interviews had already been taped. … But Candy wouldn’t release the clips of his shows because Tori was involved in the project. She had it killed.”

Candy Spelling’s representative, Kevin Sasaki, confirmed to PEOPLE that she had “talked to ABC about releasing the clips for the tribute,” but denies that Candy stopped the show. Instead, he says, “she didn’t feel the timing was right … since the Emmys were doing a big tribute to her husband around the same time.”

He added, “She had nothing to do with this except that she was asked to release the clips and she didn’t think it was the right time, so she turned them down.”

ABC, which was long associated with Aaron Spelling’s shows, has issued “no comment” about the proposed Spelling special.

Meanwhile, the source tells PEOPLE, Candy has agreed to provide clips to rival network NBC for a tribute to Aaron on its Aug. 27 Emmycast. The source confirms that she will attend the Emmy ceremony with son Randy Spelling but that Tori has yet to be invited as part of the family.
