The ‘Ocean’s Twelve’ actor is reportedly being lined up to play a major role in a remake of the classic 1989 horror film based on Stephen King’s novel.

Dale Midkiff played the lead in Mary Lambert’s original film and it has been suggested that Clooney may step into this role for the remake.

Clooney is currently filming heist sequel ‘Ocean’s Thirteen’ and has finished shooting ‘The Good German’, directed by Steven Soderbergh.
